Every Erasmus+ student is obligated to send to our university by e-mail: biurowzz@gmail.com and to the faculty coordinator at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn the following documents which should be completed:

1. Student Application Form – 1 copy with a photo.

2. Learning Agreement – 1 copy with signatures of student and sending institution

3. Arrival Form – only when you will know the exact date of your arrival

4. Copy of ID card or passport
